WESTERN CLAIM CONFERENCE -RELATED PARTY MAY HAVE FORESEEN
SUCH POSSIBLE DAMAGES. USER'S SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF
AGREEMENT BY WESTERN CLAIM CONFERENCE OR FOR ANY NON-
CONTRACTUAL ACTION (I.E., IN TORT OR OTHERWISE) SHALL BE LIMITED TO
FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500.00).
