Our Annual Planning Committee has worked hard since our last conference to plan an outstanding conference schedule of interesting workshops and outstanding general sessions centering around this year’s theme "Sailing Through Rough Waters."

With the economic and business challenges of this last year as well as ongoing changes to business operations, technology and regulations, our industry needs to explore new ideas and best practices to help us sail through these rough waters.

We are grateful for the dedication of the Annual Planning Committee which consists of volunteer professionals from the many aspects of the life, disability and health insurance industries. They have worked together since the 2009 conference to organize an exciting schedule for 2010:
