Delegate registration fees received
Payment of registration fees may be made by credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard only) or by check payable to the Western Claim Conference and online at www.westernclaimconference.com before June 18, 2010. |

Guest Meals
Adult Guests. Adult guests may join you at meals for an additional cost of $25 for each continental breakfast, $50 for Sunday’s reception, $20 for Monday’s reception, $70 for Monday's dinner, and $45 for Tuesday’s luncheon. You may purchase guest meals either on your Delegate Registration Form or at the Conference Registration Desk. Adult guests are not permitted in the general sessions or workshops. NOTE: All adult guests must wear a conference name badge for admittance to conference receptions and meals. Child Guests. Children are not permitted in the exhibit hall (Crystal Ballroom), general sessions, workshops or at any of the conference meals and functions. The hotel, however, provides childcare and programs for children. Contact the hotel for more information. |

Hotel Accommodations
The Renaissance Esmeralda Resort has reserved rooms specifically for the 26th Annual Western Claim Conference. The room rates are as follows:
For those who plan to arrive a few days before the conference or stay a few days longer, the negotiated room rates are available two days before and two days after the conference, subject to availability. All reservations must be received at the Renaissance Esmeralda by Friday May 28, 2010. Reservations received after May 28, 2010 will be confirmed on a space available basis at the rate offered to the general public. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or accompanied by the first night's deposit in order for the reservation to be processed and confirmed. Deposits are refundable with three (3) days advance notice. Upon arrival, the deposit will be applied to your final night's stay. When using your credit card, please indicate your estimated time of arrival at the hotel. NOTE: Hotel reservations must be made directly with the hotel. Please note: Check-in time is 3:00 pm and check-out time is 12 Noon. Room type preferences although noted are not guaranteed.
